Snow globe tumblers are handwash only. Do not soak. Avoid hot water. Not dishwasher safe.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can assist you.

Custom orders have a processing time of 6–10 business days. This does not include shipping time.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

No problem! You can send your preferred colors, theme, glitter choices, and flow style after placing your order. If no preferences are provided, design choices will be made at the creator’s discretion.

You may choose a theme, sand color, and name/word personalization. While I do my best to match your theme, specific charms cannot be guaranteed. Each bottle includes approximately 8–11 items depending on size. Adding a name or word may reduce the charm count.
